Cars are mostly not really clean and with lower level of gas leading to > 20 min of waiting. Some of the service agents are very friendly. However, especially the Manager and some of his co workers do not act in a professional manner. Lack of responsibility as the Manager is hanging around observing the queue instead of serving his clients. No welcoming, no smile. Twice we reserved a SUV and received a van. Manager was not able to help out and just refused with annoying body language instead of providing support or explanation.
All in all not a nice experience, we did not felt treated nice. Looking forward to see a new manager with professional behavior.
