More like a local pub with that kind of ambience. Big TV screen in lobby, smokers at the entrance, bar staff is not really helpful. If you r not part of the gang or buddy with staff, they will ignore you or dismiss your issues. Administration is the worst, never replies to emails, paperwork takes months. Equipment is actually quite fine, but expect nothing fancy. Lights/music are always on energy saving, i.e. train in the semi-dark and silent. Could be so much better, if they worked on their customer service, but as it is, one never feels welcome.
