After a rude welcome "haben Sie reserviert?" we were told where to sit and then waited 15 minutes during which the manager and a waiter visited other tables a couple of times but ignored us totally. We got up and left. I told the manager why we were leaving but he didnt care and just gave me a sarcastic reply. Restaurant service zero points but 10 points for rudeness and arrogance! Maybe the boss needs to take a course in guest relations and service! Cannot say what the food was like as we were not even given a menu!
