My experiences are very good. I'm a regular customer from the Netherlands and orders bij the webshop are normally treathed. I even got the wines delivered without paying in advance..
Yes they can be chaotic in the shop but for me this is part of the cosy atmosphere in the store.

With respect ot the prices: They are always the lowest you can find. in return don's expet an informationsystem as in shops wgich are 10-20% more expensive.

With respect ot heir knowledge I'm alwasys impressed with their knowledge on German, Italien and Rhone wines (CdP).
