Wir wurden bei der Anmietung einer Wohnung nicht über hohe Nebenkosten informiert und müssen 100 Euro für Wasserkosten zusätzlich bezahlen. Wir fühlen uns ausgenutzt.

Very unprofessional real state agency. We rented an apartment with them: it is difficult to find an apartment and we don't speak German so we decided to choose an agency to ease the process.
We asked them about the apartment expenses in detail, they answered stating all the payments.
After a month in the apartment we get a letter from the city water supplier asking for 100 euros per month. This was not explained to us.
We complained and they blamed the owner (who has written the expense in the contract, but this was not translated to us).
In the end we have to pay. They took advantage of us, we have been scammed.
