Last night I was at Nachtflug for my birthday. My sister came purposely from Italy to celebrate it with me. But the evening I had was ruined by the unprofessional employee of Nachtflug. As I was ordering a drink at the bar, two “undercover“ employees came over, and a tattooed one, one who clearly is a body builder pushed me while passing by so hard I almost lost my drink as it almost fell along with my glass. The employee had no uniform and were wearing civilian clothing. Surprised as I was I expected the employee that pushed me so hard would at the very least apologize. Instead he started being confrontational and clearly expected me to act like he had every right to throw away a drink I had already paid for. That made no sense so I waited to see if he really was going to go through with such an unprofessional attitude towards a paying customer. Surprisingly he came over, grabbed me and pushed me out of the club. He and his colleague also took my drink (the one I paid for but never got to drink). At that point I had had it! I demanded that the busser called the manager or whoever was in charge. To which every employee simply replied that there is no way to contact management a part from via Facebook. I asked for a number but they said there isn't one. I find this completely unprofessionaI! I've been coming to Nachtflug for years, many employees know me and know I've never caused any trouble. Nachtflug now ows me money, a ruined birthday and evening with my family!
