I had an experience with a very unqualified, unsympathetic, and extremely unprofessional customer service employee today. While I was a loyal customer to Taxi Zentrale Mannheim eG, I am definitely looking for another service provider whose employee doesn’t hang up to customer faces or sing so that they don’t hear them complaining about the horrible service the employee himself offered. Unbelievably bad customer service!
