Very disappointing experience. It looks like all this store is out for is selling new bikes to Swiss customers! Went there with a broken rear wheel, which had to be send in to Mavic. After 4 weeks i had to call the place just to hear that nothing was fixed and i could pick it up again. Icing on the cake was that i had to pay 30 Euros just to get my still broken wheel back. Horrid service, not even a suggestion of what could be done to help me with my problem. Just collect the cash and good bye!
Glad there is multiple good stores in close proximity that offer a much better service and are not just in it for selling new overpriced bikes.
