Very bad experience. I went there asking how much it will cost to wash a quilt. I provided all the necessary information (how big it was, if it was synthetic or not, etc) and I got a quote of 32 €. The day after I brought the quilt, they took it, gave me the receipt containing only my name and the day when you can withdraw it (no trace of the quote) and no observation at all regarding the quilt. When I went to take it back they tried to charge me for 45€ saying that it was bigger than what they expected, but they have not said anything about that the day I dropped it. Discussing with them was pointless. In the end I had to pay 40€ to get my quilt back. One of the worst customer experience ever due to the way they tried to blame me for their mistake. If you go there, ask them to write the quote on your receipt.
