I blindly trusted this place to perform laser removal treatment by seeing the highly rated reviews, such a mistake! I paid in advance 2606 euros as a full package for eight sessions of hair removal at Derma Medica Düsseldorf. During the fourth session on 29.06.2022, I felt a burning in my arm. I immediately reported it, but carelessly I was told it will go away in a few mins.

After 10 days, it did not go away it developed as burned area and over time into visible permanent damage. I officially reported the damage to the Manger Mrs. Seval Aksoy confirmed by a medical report from the dermatologist. Besides the poor communication, lack of respect, racist tone, and unreliable answers, I patiently requested a money refund in a friendly way since Sep 2022 and until now I did not receive ANYTHING I got NOTHING. All the responses I received for six months were dishonest and frustrating like your request will be reviewed the manager will call you, or they did not respond at all. After six months of poor to lack of communication they suspended the treatment and refused to refund me the money.
In the end, they forced me to delete all the reviews I wrote evaluating their service, otherwise, they give me NO MONEY NO TREATMENT which is the case for SIX months now. I would appreciate it if any of you guys who had a similar experience could give me advice to deal with such a situation
