I bought a Royal London watch in December 2016 the guy had some limitations speaking in English although he solve all my questions including the 2 years warranty at the shop.
After 1 week the watch stopped working thus, I went to claimed my warranty, what a surprise, the guy ¨could not¨ understand a single word in English.
